2. Maintenance of intestinal mucosa: In animal models of enteritis, KPV acts on the intestinal epithelium
to preserve the integrity of the intestinal barrier and facilitate the repair of mucosal damage; it is
frequently used in research related to intestinal inflammation.
3. Skin and wound-related research: In research models, it modulates localized skin inflammation and
aids in epidermal repair; it shows potential for antimicrobial activity and is used in experiments
involving dermatitis and wound models.
4. Cytoprotection and immunomodulation research: Since normal cellular function can be
compromised by inflammation, research into KPV also encompasses its potential roles in cytoprotection
and immunomodulation.
How to use
Reconstitute using bacteriostatic water;
Administer via subcutaneous injection, rotating sites among the subcutaneous fat layers of the
abdomen, thighs, and upper arms;
Administer once daily; during the active phase of inflammation, the dosage may be split into two
administrations (morning and evening).
