Main Efficacy
1. Involved in the regulation of visceral abdominal fat: Tesamorelin specifically targets visceral fat
(deep fat surrounding abdominal organs), significantly reducing visceral fat by regulating the GH/IGF-1
axis;
2. Improves metabolic indicators: Along with the decrease in visceral fat, triglycerides, blood lipid
profile, and liver fat load show improved signals; studies have explored its use in non-alcoholic fatty
liver disease and insulin resistance, but neither has been approved as an indication;
3. Aging and cognitive exploration (still under research): Some small-scale trials in elderly populations
show a trend of improvement in executive function and verbal memory; the mechanism is related to
IGF-1 neuroprotection and reduction of neuroinflammation, but a standard clinical protocol has not yet
been established;
4. Body composition and recovery research: Gently increases GH/IGF-1 and supports tissue repair;
however, it is not a major muscle-building peptide, focusing more on visceral metabolism, and is not
suitable for simply pursuing muscle growth.
How to use:
Reconstitute with antibacterial Bac Water only; use as soon as possible after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and contamination.
Subcutaneous injection, abdominal fat area; rotate the abdominal injection site each time, avoiding the navel, scars, and bruises; do not administer intravenously.
1–2 mg/day, once daily; use for 8–12 weeks + 4 weeks of rest to reduce the risk of long-term continuous irritation.
